Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Barry's Art World. Because many of our products are handmade, custom, or created specifically for each customer, our return and refund policies vary depending on the type of item purchased.
Standard Products
We accept returns on eligible non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned with its original packaging when applicable.
Not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Customers are responsible for contacting us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Custom & Personalized Artwork
Due to the unique nature of custom artwork, custom orders, personalized artwork, custom-painted shoes or boots, and other made-to-order products are generally non-refundable and cannot be returned once work has begun.
If there is a problem with a custom order caused by an error on our part, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.
Original Artwork
Original paintings and one-of-a-kind artwork are eligible for return only if specifically stated on the product listing.
Because original artwork is unique and may be carefully prepared for shipment, customers should contact us before returning any original piece.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want your order to arrive safely and accurately.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number.
A description of the problem.
Clear photographs of the item.
Photographs of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow your payment provider or financial institution additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective, damaged, or was sent incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Barry's Art World is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges on eligible standard products when the requested replacement is available.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for exchanges.
Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased as final sale, clearance, or otherwise identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or production begins.
Once an order has entered production, been shipped, or work has begun on a custom or personalized item, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Right to Refuse a Return
Barry's Art World reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy, including items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned outside the applicable return period. At the same time, I will always try everything in my power to help remedy any situation that arises and take upmost care of my customer.
